One of the things I look for when reviewing app projects is whether or not the app has healthy app store ratings. In this article I’ll explain what I mean by healthy ratings, and how they increase engagement with your app. Then I’ll share the dramatically positive results we observed when asking for ratings in one of the apps I’ve worked with.
