Thanks for sharing. That’s a really interesting perspective, I’ve never considered it in those terms before. I’m a developer, and after a couple of years of trying to work for myself I came to the realisation that I love development, but I hate finding work, so I went back to full-time. On reflection, the quality of my ‘work time’ improved (because I was spending it doing what I love), the quality of my ‘free time’ improved (because I no longer felt like I should be working all the time), and my income went up. I haven’t looked back.
